Why Register?
The Ministry of Social Affairs web portal provides the users with the tools to go through the website’s services and content without the need to create a personal account. This allows the creation of open communication channels between the groups benefiting from the e-services provided by the ministry while playing a key role in publicizing the ministry’s concepts and values as well as the achievements of our strategic objectives.
In spite of making the content and services available to all without registration, the Ministry of Social Affairs also added the feature to create a unique user profile that includes the user’s properties, information and e-service details. After finalizing the registration process, the users will take advantage of the following feature:
1. The process of account registration will take place only once from any browser while visiting msa.gov.ae.
2. The personal profile can be controlled only by the profile owner
3. Maintain a complete record for each of the user transactions, applications and service requests as a reference once required
4. View details of the service requests/applications in terms of the service type, time and date
5. Check on the request status to see at which stage of the application process the request is at thus allowing the user for proper follow-up. The user can view the reasons and observations from the Ministry in electronic form regarding each service request.
6. The user can also upload the required documents in electronic form thereby reducing the number of physical visits to the ministry premises.
